We moved here to bring unmanned training to public safety personnel such as the police, fire, and construction industries, in addition to providing aerial security for large outdoor events.
Having viewed so many homes, we found we really liked 8734 Rancho Destino.
We recognized the house had "a few" problems, but eventually got an inspection scheduled.
We liked the home as it would fit our business needs, personal needs, and was outside Bravo airspace.
We met the owner, who shared with us that he'd been a Combat Controller in the US Air Force (we learned later this wasn't quite accurate).
We had questions about the roof, and he shared that the roof was in "good shape" and "the solar company wouldn't have installed the panels had the roof not been OK" (More on this later).
